For projects with complex structures or situated in high-risk weather areas beyond our standard engineering requirements, we recommend investing in our Design & Engineering Service upfront. This provides an ideal opportunity to proceed with the design, even when final engineering details or aesthetic aspects haven’t been fully confirmed.
Our Design & Engineering Service comprises:
- Site visit* to discuss location, preferences, and conduct a survey.
- Detailed investigations to determine local site conditions, including wind and snow loads, forming the foundation of the design.
- Collaboration with you to create draft concepts, sharing sketches, initial 3D models, or images of similar projects.
- Once the drafts are confirmed, they undergo further development by our Design team to produce detailed ground plan drawings. Once these are approved, groundwork and wall construction can commence.
